da Silva
Bianca is a founding partner and senior lawyer at SMA — Silva, Martins & Associados, where she leads the Corporate practice.
With over 16 years of experience across both public and private law, Bianca has led and participated in a range of industry-focused projects, with a strong emphasis on commercial and corporate law. She advises multinational and international clients, with particular expertise in corporate law, oil and gas, and mining, supported by a proven track record in legal practice.
Throughout her career, she has also gained significant international experience, having worked in Milan, Italy, and Johannesburg, South Africa, as a legal consultant for a multinational company in the oil and gas sector, on projects developed in Mozambique.
Bianca holds a postgraduate degree in Energy Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, and a minor in International Relations from the NOVA School of Social Sciences and Humanities, NOVA University Lisbon. She also holds a law degree from NOVA University Lisbon, Portugal.
She is an accredited Industrial Property Agent by the Institute of Industrial Property in Maputo, Mozambique, and a member of the Mozambique Bar Association.
