SMA participates in consultation on the new Investment Guide promoted by APIEX

Acting as legal advisor to CCIMOSA (Mozambique–South Africa Chamber of Commerce and Industry), SMA actively participated in the consultation session and contribution process for the development of the new Investment Guide in Mozambique, promoted by APIEX.

Our contribution focused on analysing the legal and regulatory framework, ensuring that the new guide reflects the real needs of investors and promotes a safer, more transparent and attractive business environment.

We believe that initiatives such as this are essential to position Mozambique as a leading destination for foreign direct investment. It is an honour for SMA to contribute its legal expertise to a project of national relevance.
